我不想把 wcode 做成另一个 Claude Code。读完 Why yet another agent 后，我更确定应该用 Jev / TypeSafe 的理念重构 wcode：把 Context、State、Tool Routing、Verification 和 Background Intelligence 做成 Agent 下面的运行时。
